What if the job takes less than an hour?
For remote support, minimum billing is 30 minutes. For on-site, minimum is 1 hour due to travel.
Do I pay for diagnosis time?
Yes, diagnosis is part of the work. But I'll give you an estimate before major work begins.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, Bizum, or cash for on-site visits.
What's not included in website pricing?
Domain (~10-15€/year) and hosting (~5-20€/month) are paid directly by you to providers. You own these accounts.
